Now it finally arrived and went straight to action: our new 60-tonnes Electric Crane. With his enormous lifting capacitiy of 60 tonnes it bridges the gap to extremely high weights, that we have not been able to lift before. Due to its modular construction, this crane is able to reach a maximum lifting capacity of 60 tonnes by loading additional ballast onto it. However the basic vehicle is light enough to be transported without explicit permit and can flexibly be deployed at very short notice. It has a fully electric power unit and is thereby working emission-free. It can be controlled either from the cabin or by a remote control. Due to its small dimensions (height and width each 2,35m) it can be used even in the smallest driveways. The use of different hydraulic jibs allows us to lift extreme weights even in confined spaces up to the roof. These photos show the transport of heavy-weight machinery (26-tonnes).

This new truck mounted crane is another addition to our equipment fleet. Now we are able to load up, unload and transport heavy unit weights even in narrow spaces with a single vehicle. In this case, a component of 3.6 tonnes was lifted up inside the building and placed on the vehicles cargo platform – all in one step. This vehicle is suitable for the loading and transport of machinery, containers etc. It can be operated with an appropriate trailer as well.

Another gap, that has been closed. From now on we are able to transport forklifts up to a height of 3.8 meters under a tarpaulin. Our new inloader can be hydraulically lowered to the ground. Therefore the forklifts can be driven onto the inloader at ground level, so without any gradient. That is why even machines with a very low ground clearance can be loaded without any problems. Needless to say, this trailer also has a sliding roof, so loading by crane is possible as well. A large number of lashing points guarantees for a diligent cargo securement.
