A job for „Hubert“

In this case, a large steel tank needed to be replaced on an industrial site. Therefore the steel tank was moved out of the building, lifted up with a separately mountable crane hook for our forklift and then transported in a suspended position into the new building. At his new position, the steel tank is placed on a steel construction right under roof. To lift it up there, the mountable crane hook was replaced heavy forks. Here you can see the benefits of our very compactly designed forklift compared to a telescopic crane

This job was done within half a day!

Once again this was tight!

Actually the job was to move some compactors up to a weight of 11 tonnes on an industrial site. As usual, we had to deal with confined space conditions. First problem was, that the machines were too high to simply be moved from one building into another. This made it necessary to put the machines on their side before they could be moved. In this case, some of the factory gates had a height of only 2.65 meters, which mostly is too narrow for cranes and forklifts of that size. Luckily Hubert, who took part in this mission too, is only 2.52 meters high. Our Bakran is in fact 2.74 meters high but fortunately we are able to dismantle the upper part of the cabin, which reduces its height to 2.51 meters

The job was done as planned!

„Hubert“ – our new electric (compact) forklift was definitely the biggest and heaviest exhibit on this years exhibition of the supply industry of mechanical engineering companies (FMB in Bad Salzuflen)

„Hubert“ is indeed a little power pack with enormous potential. Therefore he provoked a lot of interest and amazement under the visitors.

And of course he is looking forward to his next challenge with high loads in narrow spaces!
